Items should be returnedwithin 30 days of delivery, in original saleable condition. It must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it with the tags and packaging.
We do not offer exchanges.
If you are returning items from multiple orders, please ensure these are returned separately to avoid any complications.
Return your item to Alphaskinz, 12 Eastbourne Road, Willingdon, East Sussex, BN20 9LB. We recommend using recorded delivery as we cannot be responsible for any items that go missing during their return journey to us.
Once received we will check the item and, if necessary, apply a refund to your credit card within 3 working days.
